Notifications, communication, and timely troubleshooting help you stick to your standards and stop load failure disasters before they happen.

We’ve all done it before–started the year with big plans for weight loss, a social media diet, a book list, a house re-model, a dream vacation we plan on saving for. After a month or two of adding to a piggy bank, counting calories, checking off a list, starting books but getting bored or confused, our plans lose momentum, and our resolutions begin to slip.

It’s easy to make plans, but it’s hard to stick with them (especially long term). That’s why monitoring progress and activity is essential when you commit to a goal.

Monitoring is essential in packaging, and in particular with stretch wrapping. Once goals and stretch wrap standards are set, monitoring ensures these standards are consistently met.  And, if your operation deviates from the standard, notifications ensure you can take the right steps to get back on track.

Atlantic’s MUST Monitoring System uses hardware and software that work together to record data on every load wrapped on a given stretch wrapper.  The hardware records data in real time on the wrap pattern and the amount of film that’s applied . MUST software analyzes this information and provides both you and our experts with machine health reports and statistics.

This information is recorded for every load processed by a wrapper, and allows our analysts to track failed loads and find the exact wrap conditions that caused the failure.

Hardware

MUST hardware is retrofitted on almost any brand of stretch wrapper. Sensors and transmitters send data to Atlantic experts and customers to analyze in MUST 2.0 software.

Software

MUST 2.0 software lets you and our experts view current and historical data from every wrapper monitored. If a load is wrapped out of the engineered benchmark, we know immediately and will communicate with you to ensure that loads won’t leave their facility with improper stretch film application.

Performance

Health percentages visible in green, yellow, and red on the MUST 2.0 Platform let you clearly see the performance health of each of your wrappers. Atlantic experts also track these health percentages and contact customers whenever a machine is performing dangerously far from standards.

Being Proactive

With preventative measures like MUST monitoring, we work with you to anticipate system weaknesses. Notifications, communication, and timely troubleshooting help you stick to your standards and stop load failure disasters before they happen.
